By utilizing our various emerging companies and specialty areas, we are able to serve more of our clients' needs in-house. As with most companies, we use a printing company to take care of our clients and our own print needs. However, to offer our clients the best, most consistent quality and pricing possible, we know that we must be in control of the entire process. There is no more efficient and responsible way to do this, than to utilize your in-house resources.

This does not go without recognizing that our team leaders building Entropia's sister brands have decades of cumulative experience in their specific areas. We specifically chose these individuals for their dedication to our company and industry, while at the same time being veteran team leaders and problem solvers. They also make heavy contributions to the original blueprint for each new enterprise, giving our representatives a true sense of ownership. Many team members work together to construct elaborate projects starting with a bulletproof business plan that inspires a stunning marketing campaign to follow. This provides us with a solid foundation on which to build a new, successful business which shares resources with our numerous other scions. Many people ask what makes our products and services truly different from what's already available. We know exactly what it is.

The right people in the right places

It's not easy to find responsible, highly motivated employees. We think most business owners would agree. However, to help us refine our efforts, we have created www.TeamEntropia.com. This site has a simple and singular purpose; to maximize our recruiting efforts. Entropia has met dozens of great independent artists and developers who neither have the time nor resources to build a company capable of serving its clients with top-notch quality. However, these exceptionally talented people have a lot to offer the design community.

At Entropia, we have found dozens of ways to create opportunities for these highly motivated individuals. Besides our talent recruiting site, we have created an affiliate system to allow non-technical associates to earn high commissions by recommending our products and services. It's a robust system with many features, resources, and tools to help promote and track progress. In essence, we created a pool of thousands of new people who support the same ideas and focus on the same goals. But we said, "Why stop there?" We began construction on the Entropia Photographers Network, created an exclusive content area to involve clients and users in the promotion process, as well as networked with teams of designers in all the major US cities. But even then, we asked ourselves, "What about other languages?" We know the world has more than 300,000 Spanish speaking people and we want them to hear our messages too. To solve this problem, Entropia Design Studio's main website comes in a fully translated Spanish version with several other translations in progress. We not only work with site translations, but employ multi-lingual contractors to work with clients in a familiar language, no matter where in the world their business may be.

 

 

 

What Entropia Needs

The needs of a corporation such as Entropia are not small. With a dozen projects evolving at one time, resources are often in such high demand that we are not able to maximize our talents and abilities. When our projects require bigger budgets, we won't just cut corners. It's just not our style. Instead, we use our expansion funds, which, in turn, slows down future projects. This commonplace issue for most businesses is not something we accept.
