Maria Kroupycheva

Maria Kroupycheva was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She now lives with her semi-faithful canine companion in Florida, where she goes by the pseudonym Sassy Frassy. Her artistic span is influenced by a fascination with history and old Soviet culture. Through utilization of college studies and a sense of aesthetic intuitiveness, she has developed an expansive design style with which she is able to blur the infinite line of design mediums and converge boxes of conceptualizing.

Maria uncovers her inspiration from the undercurrents of life, the moments in Technicolor, and the shades of brilliance. She enjoys exploring ideas and trends of the past and incorporating them into today’'s design culture.
